Are there any exclusions?
Points cannot be earned on tobacco, lottery, gift cards and fast food purchases. Points are not redeemable for fuel, tobacco, lottery or gift cards.
Do my points expire?
Points only expire if the account remains inactive for more than 12 months without an earning or redemption transaction.
I have a physical Sapp Bros. Rewards Card. Can I still use it?
Yes, you are able to use your physical Sapp Bros. Rewards card. If you’d like more convenient access to your account and an easier way to earn and redeem points, we suggest going card-less and utilizing the new way to access Guest Rewards.
How do I switch from a physical card to an online account?
Register your card and update your account information to include your email address and phone number. It’s that easy! You can start earning and redeeming by providing your phone #, which is linked to your Guest Rewards account now.
Can I get help with my login?
- Your online account username is the email associated with your account.
- To earn and redeem points at Sapp Bros. locations, you will use your phone number associated with your account.
- If you previously logged in using your Guest Rewards card number, your username is now the email associated with your account.
Do I have to have the app to use Guest Rewards?
No. You do not need to have the app to earn or redeem points. The only thing you need to earn and redeem points is a fully registered online account. The app just makes it easier to manage your account (see balance, rewards available, etc.).

What is the difference between signing up and registering my account?
If you’ve never had Sapp Bros. rewards before, you can sign up for a new account. If you just want to be able to redeem points or had an account in our previous system, you will need to register your account with an email address and phone number.
